Directions and how it worksAbout an order
Have your order number to hand — it is on your confirmation email and in your account, and it is the quickest way for us to find you. Orders are cash on delivery, and we message to confirm before the courier goes out.
Before you write
Two pages answer most of what we are asked: the size guide for fit, including the model's own measurements, and shipping and returns for delivery, fees and how cash on delivery works. If you would rather come for your order, collecting in person explains where and how.
