Terms of service

The terms that apply when you order from us.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm every order by phone or message before it is dispatched, and a sale is made when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order — most often because something sold out between your order and our confirmation — we will tell you and nothing is owed.

Prices and stock

Prices are in US dollars and include the item only; the delivery fee is added at checkout and shown before you order. Stock shown on the site is real and taken from our own counts, but two people can order the last piece at the same moment — if that happens the later order is refused before it is confirmed.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. Payment is made to the courier when your order arrives. We take no payment online and hold no card details.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend an account used for orders that are repeatedly refused at the door, since each one costs a delivery fee.

Our content

Needs confirming: A lawyer needs to settle the rest: the registered business name and address these terms are issued under, which country's law governs them and where disputes are heard, your liability limits, and how you notify customers of changes. The sections above describe how the shop genuinely works; they are not a substitute for terms drafted for your business.
