Shipping and returns
We deliver across Lebanon and you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Lebanon for one flat fee of $5, added to your order at checkout and collected with it. Orders of $50 or more are delivered free.
How payment works
Every order is cash on delivery. Nothing is taken from a card, and we do not store payment details — there are none to store.
We call or message you to confirm before your order goes out, so keep the phone number on your order reachable. Your order number is on your confirmation email and in your account; having it to hand makes any conversation faster.
Needs confirming: How long delivery takes. Something like “Beirut within 24–48 hours, elsewhere 2–4 working days” — whatever your courier actually commits to.
Changing or cancelling an order
Get in touch as soon as you can. While an order is still awaiting confirmation or being prepared it can usually be changed or cancelled outright. Once it has gone to the courier it cannot be stopped, and it cannot be sent back for a change of mind — so tell us early.
Returns
Pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, or because a size does not suit. Sportswear is sized close by design, so start with the size guide — every product page also carries the model's height and the size she is wearing, and you are welcome to ask usbefore you order if you are between sizes.
Anything faulty or incorrect is a different matter, and we put it right at our cost. The refund policy sets out how that works.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
Message us with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right. A fault on our side is never your cost.
